Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

Coverage
Insurance & ACC
Health Insurance
We can provide invoices and documentation for insurance claims. Many health insurance policies cover specialist gynaecological consultations. We are an affiliated provider with Southern Cross Health Insurance so please bring your policy number so we can process your fees with Southern Cross on the day of your appointment. If you are with another insurance provider, you will need to pay for your consultation on the day and we will give you a receipt so you can contact your insurance provider to claim the cost back.
Please check with your provider about your coverage before your appointment. We're happy to assist with any paperwork required.
ACC Coverage
ACC-funded treatment may be available for certain injury-related conditions. Eligibility depends on the nature of your condition. We can discuss ACC coverage options during your consultation and help determine if your situation qualifies for funded treatment.
